Parexel’s Medical Communications works on a broad variety of projects providing the communication of scientific, medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology information and data to various audiences. This global team has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Program Specialist to work home based in Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico.
In this exciting and fast paced position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned projects, working closely with all members of the delivery team across departments. As the main point of contact to the client you will create timeline and delivery schedules, assist with project metrics, risk management and communication plans; Initiate and lead project kick-off meetings and manage appropriate tracking systems.
Your experience managing communications projects in publishing, marketing, or advertising has prepared you for this opportunity. You thrive in a fast pace and are used to managing a large volume of emails while you work to tight deadlines. You are a true project manager and are comfortable gathering information from multiple sources while updating databases, trackers, and meeting deadlines.
Successful candidates for this role will have:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience within a similar industry and/or role is required.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to completion on time and within budget.
- Fluency in English
- Strong MS Office skills
