Parexel is currently recruiting for experienced Local / Regional and Global Study Operations Managers
In this role, the Study Operations Manager, Senior Study Operations Manager will be responsible for study, regional or specific country level activities. The Senior Level must have Global study experience - from study startup through conduct and study close. The Study Operations Manager has responsibility for study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management.

Regional/Country/Study level implementation of Startup and Site Activation Plans. Global and lead if Senior level
Responsible for regional/country/study level Recruitment Strategy - Global is Senior level
Responsible to support the development of study level plans
Communication with the local team and internal stakeholders and CRO partner as applicable and as listed above to ensure efficient and timely study delivery of the agreed plans
Responsible for study and/or country vendor management and oversight including follow up and coordination of vendor deliverables
The Study Operational Manager will be able to work independently and exercise their own judgement.

Minimum of 5 years for Study Operations Manager and 7-10+ years for Senior Study Operations Manager (SOM II) of relevant global/regional clinical trial management experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative.
M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential
Prior and demonstrable experience working at a senior level within Study start up
