About this Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Meetings Coordinator / Associate to join our ambitious and friendly team on a 6 month contract with an option to extend, delivering in-person and virtual events for our global clients. This role would ideally suit an Event Management graduate or an individual with a passion to move into event management.  Experience within a customer service based environment would also be advantageous

The role is remote with occasional office use in our West Sussex location 

This role is within our meeting services department within the MedCom area of our business. The Meetings Associate will assist the project lead with organisation of delegate travel and attendance at international meetings and congresses utilizing their knowledge of an on-line registration system.

This role requires excellent administrative skills.  You will need working experience in using Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
Client focused approach to work with a high level attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be highly organized, manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Willing to travel Internationally
