The Senior Manager is responsible for the oversight of a team pf high level individual contributors or a group of managers. This includes ensuring successful delivery of his/her organization's project deliverables, on time with high quality. The Senior Manager is responsible to resource client projects suitably developed professionals and to retain and develop these professionals within PAREXEL. The Senior Manager is responsible to promote new business by participating in projects bids and client presentations as appropriate. The Senior Manager is an experienced leader capable of working independently, under supervision of the Director or Senior Director.


Skills: 1) Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate direct reports; 2) Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a full workload across multiple-projects; 3) Ability to manage managers; 4) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; 5) Ability to lead a 'Virtual' Global team as required; 6) Outstanding negotiation & organizational skills; see more details for JD.

Experience: 1) PhD or MS in Statistics or related discipline; 2) Significant work experience in similar position; 3) The knowledge of PK data is an advantage; 4) Competent in written and oral English in addition to local language
