  • Champion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing, candidate conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system (PEGA and BrassRing), and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.
  • Demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.
  • Complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.
  • Understand client-specific acumen.
  • Understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid sourcing and candidate relationship building skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting
  • The ability to use diverse software in the identification/ contacting of potential candidates.
  • Comfortable with cold-call prospecting, networking, marketing, sourcing and recruiting.
  • Focused / aggressive work ethic

  • Team player

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.

Language Skills
  • At least fluent in English (verbal and written) and local language

Minimum Work Experience
  • At least 1 years in recruitment related experience
