Contract Coordinator

Essential Function
The Contract Coordinator’s role is to create costing and contracts for highly standardized projects for certain accounts and to coordinate all required subcontractor agreements, and other components for the Contract Management group.

Key Accountabilities
· Creation of costings and contracts according to pre-agreed standards, e.g. some FSP type work documents (including costs) / subcontractor agreements (from templates) and associated costs (extracted from costing tool) / small stand-alone service projects (e.g. Feasibility). Contract Management
· Responsibility for standardized costings and contracts of e.g. FSP type, subcontractor agreements and small standalone service agreements: To prepare, review and follow-through to signature, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders and Change Orders from PAREXEL templates per guidance provided by the assigned Contract Manger or Line Manager and in conjunction with relevant departments
· Coordination of subcontractor agreements developed by other Contract Management team members
· On-going proactive involvement with Project Leaders and Contract Managers in review of project status, including review of subcontractor contractual status to ensure compliance with contractual terms and milestones and identification of changes in scope in contracts
· Provide quality deliverables to agreed deadlines
· Facilitate review and approval in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
· Processes and maintains information relating to contract documents in relevant databases
· Participates in the development and testing of tools and procedures, where appropriate
· Depending upon workload levels may also support the contracts in the generation of contract or Change Order budgets or documents, or time and material contractual documents

Qualifications

Skills
· Well organized with good oral and written communication skills
· Good numeracy skills
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases)

Education
· Bachelors Degree in Life Science, Business or equivalent Language Skills
· Fluent in English, oral and written

Minimum Work Experience
· Previous experience in proposal development, contract management, finance or clinical research a plus
