Senior Records Management Associate

Job ID 58612BR Taipei, Taiwan
• Maintain the paper and electronic Central Files for Global Research Operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and quality
• Upload, apply naming convention and file essential documents in electronic document management system as required for project team member
• Communicate Central Files QC findings to team accurately following defined process
• Ensure up to date study documents in tracking systems / document repositories
• Proactively check work and spot check files to enable faster identification of any misfiling or quality issues
• Maintain quality control procedures to ensure accurate maintenance of files
• Perform archive procedures upon study termination: prepare copies of Central Files as required by Sponsor
• Appropriately escalate concerns with document quality via discussion with team and quality group
• Serve as a Central Files ambassador and actively communicate trends or issues to enable prompt resolution during team calls
• Prioritize completion of tasks according to projects’ needs and deadlines
• Complete routine administrative tasks in a timely manner (e.g. timesheets, metrics, monthly report )
• Works effectively within a team environment but may work independently delivering services within their area of competence
• Works within broad project guidelines as directed by the project team
• Takes initiative to prioritize work to achieve specified project outcomes while confirming alignment with project team
• Produces quality work that meets the expectations of project lead and the client
• Completes assigned activities within project scope and objectives with an understanding of issues which may impact project profitability
• Identifies project issue or client needs to the project team and provides proposed solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor diploma
• Good computer skills including but not limited to the knowledge of Clinical Trial/Data Management Systems, PMED and MS-Office products such as Excel, Word
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to successfully work in a (“virtual”) team environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve project timeline
• Ability to solve problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
• Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives
• Shows commitment to and performs consistently high quality work
• Able to work independently but seek guidance when necessary, escalating issues as required
• Sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks
• Client-focused approach to work
• Results orientation
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in local language and extensive working knowledge of the English language
• Few years of experience in an industry-related environment
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline
