The Senior Product Manager is responsible for researching, defining, planning, and working with the software engineering team to build new products, features and solutions. In this role, they will work in cross-functional teams, in front of users and customers, to help define new products and solutions, manage the product roadmap, and lead the AI Labs team to execute the plan. They will work closely with the Head of Machine Learning Product to set the overall goals and execution cadence for the group.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define, test, and ship new products, features, and solutions
• Establish a deep understanding of the industry, customer and user needs, and pain points to develop new products, features and solutions to meet their needs
• Drive new feature and product development from start to finish: from ideation, requirements gathering, documentation, product development, testing, launch and iteration
• Set a vision, excite and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, quality assurance and others, shaping a clear plan and direction to implement
• Understand market and competitive landscape, understand key stakeholder needs, identify gaps in our products and strategy, and develop the plan, metrics and outcomes for product success.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap and plan
• Own the product management lifecycle, including researching opportunities and pain points, driving the vision and product strategy, defining how the solutions and products work, developing the product implementation plan, leading the cross-functional team to execute that plan and analyzing data and customer/user feedback to continually iterate and improve
• Collaborate with the head of product, data scientists, engineers, clinical annotators, and others to build and maintain roadmap, and implement best practices.
• Partner with users and customers to refine and iterate the product roadmap and priorities
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to test and validate completed features and bug fixes before deploying to the appropriate environments
• Lead product planning activities, including annual and quarterly planning

Knowledge and Experience:

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on healthcare and/or enterprise SaaS
• 2+ years of professional experience spanning the life sciences, technology, enterprise software, clinical research, machine learning, or broader healthcare industries
• Demonstrated experience delivering outcomes-oriented software products and services to large enterprise customers

Education:

• Degree in engineering, computer science, design or related field
• Advanced / graduate degree a plus but not required
