The Clinical Feasibility Leader (CFL) acts as the functional lead assigned as part of the core project team responsible to drive all feasibility and site identification activities immediately after award on all types and phases of studies.

This role can be home-based anywhere in the following countries; Georgia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Lithuania and Czech Republic.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision from management
  • Responsible to deliver an optimized operational strategy, based on selection of countries and clinical sites best positioned to successfully execute the trial
  • Must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills resulting in the completion of all deliverables within required timelines meeting departmental quality standards
  • Strong analytical skills are a pre-requisite to the job to allow CFL to fully adopt a consistent data-driven approach to feasibility and site identification

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Relevant clinical research experience in management of international clinical trials
  • Demonstrated clear understanding of feasibility requirements
  • Previous exposure to modeling of enrolment scenarios and/or selection of country and sites
  • Strong analytical skills applied to business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence others
  • Problem-solving skills allowing Client focused approach to work
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Ability to prioritize workload with attention to details
  • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and in a decentralized reporting model (as applicable)

Language

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Education:

  • Educated to degree level in Life Sciences or Medicine, a PhD would be an advantage
