“My role involves overseeing assigned projects under a portfolio, managing profitability, and maintaining client relationships. I mentor Project Leaders, attend key project calls for decision-making support, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.”

What inspired you to join Parexel?
I joined Parexel in August 2021 as a Senior Project Leader. What drew me here was Parexel’s commitment to valuing its people and staying at the forefront of industry trends. How do you unwind after a long day?
I enjoy picking up a good book or binge-watching shows on OTT platforms. It’s my way of recharging.
What’s a book that left a lasting impact on you?
‘Banker to the Poor: Micro-Lending and the Battle Against World Poverty.’ An inspirational book that introduced me to the transformative power of microcredit and how it paved way to the foundation of “Grameen Bank”. It inspired me during college.What’s something unique about you?
I’m a wildlife enthusiast! Growing up on coffee farms and reading Jim Corbett’s stories fueled my passion for wildlife conservation. I’ve visited numerous sanctuaries and actively support wildlife campaigns.
