His early role was pivotal in the success of Parexel’s clinical operations in India. “We were behind schedule, but I worked closely with my team to connect the dots, streamline communication with global colleagues, and ensure we met our project goals. What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day?
Spending time with family and my pet and listening to music. It helps me recharge.
What was your dream job as a kid, and how does it relate to what you do now?
I wanted to be a doctor, but I’m happy that I get to help patients in some way through the work I do now.
What’s a book, movie, or podcast that you’d recommend to your colleagues?
While I enjoy various media, one recommendation that stands out is the Hindi film "12th Fail". Based on the true story of an IPS Officer, this movie deeply moved me. Its powerful narrative of perseverance and triumph over adversity is both inspiring and thought-provoking. I believe my colleagues would find it not just entertaining, but also motivational.
