This role will work within our Rapid Application Development (RAD)department which is an innovative team that will manage our Microsoft Power Platform and its collection of products and services that help automate, build, and govern applications across our business.
This role can be based in Poland or the Czech Republicand can be fully home based or office based (in either country). You will be working in an innovative and collaborative environment with international peers, colleagues and a supportive manager.
As theSenior Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for the CoPilot Studio implementation, adoption and integration of Microsoft CoPilot into Enterprise applications and workflows to enhance user productivity through AI-powered assistance. This will combine innovative chat bot solution with content from SharePoint document libraries or structured data from the MS Power Platform. You will leverage the newest agent capabilities to turn GenAI content into value added actions.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop AI Solutions:
Implement AI solutions using Azure AI, Co Pilot Studio, and other Microsoft Azure AI services to solve complex business problems.
Azure AI Services:
Utilize a range of Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Bot Services) to develop and deploy intelligent applications.
Develop Low Code Solutions:
Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform (Model driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and MS SharePoint. apps to create low code solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business processes and workflows.
Education:
Education to degree level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant qualification/experience will be considered.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Work directly with the business to support various projects and solutions.
Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 technologies.
Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Knowledge and Experience
Strong previous experience as a Developer, Programmer or Engineer with a specialization in the clinical domain is essential.
Advanced level Agile Methodology exposure needed
Strong Developer/Engineering [hands-on] experience on Microsoft Power Platform of:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power Query
Advanced level exposure as a Developer/Engineer using Azure, Power Platform, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, Ajax, jQuery, .Net (C#), and Visual Studio 2019
Knowledge of UIPath is desirable
One of Microsoft Power App certifications is desired but not essential.
Experience in the CRO industry desired but not essential.
