Our Approach to Inclusion

We drive inclusion through a strategic three-pillar strategy of Patients, People and Suppliers supported by an Executive Committee.

Patient Inclusion

Our approach to inclusion in clinical trials is reshaping the industry, helping to ensure trials are reflective of real patient populations. We’ve engaged with more than 75 Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) worldwide while leveraging groundbreaking roles like our Chief Patient Officer to enhance the engagement and experience of the patients we serve. Parexel is dedicated to being "Patient's first" and to doing it With Heart™, ensuring that patient inclusion becomes business as usual.

Our People are supported through a robust global inclusion strategy with a vision that all are valued, respected and supported for who they are, no matter where they are. This work is driven through steering and regional committees for all employees, business unit committees and leadership development training and programming.
