Does Parexel support remote work?

What happens in the first 30 days after I join Parexel?

When a new hire joins Parexel, they'll have daily check-ins with their line manager to cover essential housekeeping like time tracking, project assignments, leave requests, SOP training, and system navigation, while also attending a virtual corporate orientation. They'll be paired with a buddy—typically a colleague on their project—who serves as an additional point of contact beyond their manager, and they'll meet their project leader or workstream lead who will guide their project-specific onboarding, including client system access, client SOP training, project-specific workflows, and introductions to the wider project team.

Are people dedicated to specific clients/therapeutics, or do they work on a variety of both?

The level of client dedication varies by project assignment. Some team members work exclusively with a single client, either augmenting their regulatory team, for certain activities or managing fully outsourced regulatory activities, allowing them to specialize in specific product portfolios or therapeutic areas. Others support multiple clients simultaneously, handling smaller activities or discrete tasks under short-term contracts—such as a clinical writer authoring a briefing document for one client and a PIP for another—where timelines and required hours become critical factors.
