As a member of Parexel’s Statistical Programming group, you analyze, summarize, and graphically present clinical data to assess the safety and efficacy of the clinical trial. It requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and effective communication to ensure new treatments reach patients faster. You will work in different therapeutic areas assessing a variety of data entries and endpoints in an ever-changing environment. About This Role
バイオメトリックスデリバリーリード（DL）は、プロジェクトのデーターオペレーションズ戦略やデータオペレーションズテクノロジーの実行について、クライアントに対し、説明責任を負います。
そのために、下記の業務を遂行する。
－クライアントの業務依頼から始まる要求確認を含めたクライアントとの折衝業務
－クライアントおよび社内会議に参加し、臨床データマネジメント・プログラミング・解析業務に関するニーズ、問題点につき話し合い、戦略的計画を立てる。
－臨床試験の進捗を考慮したデータマネジメント・プログラミング・解析業務)のタイムラインとマイルストーンを計画し、実施において関係者との調整を諮る。
－各プロジェクトが、Qualityを担保しタイムライン通りにマイルストーンを達成できているか、
関連部門(各ファンクション)リーダーから報告を受け、確認して進捗を報告する。
－品質、スケジュール、コストおよび顧客満足度を含めてプロジェクトをリードする。
－イシューが発生した時は、関連部門(各ファンクション)を巻き込み、解決にあたる。
－各ファンクションのリソースおよび予算管理を行う。
－監査、適合性書面調査の準備、参加、フォローアップを行う
