	Rachel - Scientific Specialist		What makes your role exciting or unique? My role as a scientific specialist is very unique in that it allows both my analytical and creative sides to emerge. Medical communications projects range from analyzing cutting-edge clinical data for a congress presentation or manuscript to developing a scientific platform to help advance a new therapeutic to designing eye catching infographics. The projects I have been involved in are exciting, innovative, and fast-paced.
	Maria - Scientific Team Lead		What is the culture and team environment like on your team? I can describe our team environment only in superlative terms – we are, without exception, are extremely collaborative, supportive, and collegial; everyone is ready and willing to help on the account and provide their expertise at a moment’s notice.
	Kate - Senior Scientific Specialist		What do you enjoy most about your role? Learning about diverse therapy areas and sometimes being involved in raising awareness of under-diagnosed/under-recognized conditions. It can be exciting being made aware of new study results that could have substantial and wide-ranging implications for clinical decision-making. Sometimes we are given exclusive access to confidential clinical data before they are available in the public domain.
