This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Learning & Development Organization for Parexel Informatics. This Director will be a part of creating the strategy and footprint for the organization.

The Director, Learning & Development will be responsible for the Learning & Development function within Parexel Informatics. He/she will provide insights to the COEs on management development and execution of local cultural and change needs.

This individual will be responsible for driving performance management both at an local/regional and individual level, ensuring that target-setting, follow-up and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner

He/she will be responsible for developing the team (direct and indirect reports) further via stretch goals, project assignments and training. He/she will coach managers to assess the capability and capacity of the team to embed the high performance culture principles.


We are seeking an individual that has worked in an organization that embraces Lean Concepts and has a proven track record of driving process improvement into the HR function through the use of Lean tools.

A successful individual will have the following experience
  • 10 + years of experience running a L&D Function which encompasses technical and leadership development
  • Experience working in both small and large organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment and can easily adapt to change
  • Able to identify challenges and apply creative thinking and solutions
  • Experience with direct line management
  • Experience working in a global organization

Education - B.S. or B.A. in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related discipline; MBA preferred. CIPD Qualified. Higher graduate studies in business or HR discipline preferred.
