Human Resources Business Partner

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for developing and implementing independently human resources solutions in support of business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource initiatives for the designated business unit. HRBP will perform duties associated with human resources areas such as employee onboarding, employee relations, employee retention, and local/regional Human Resource Business Partners HRBP will act as a human resources consultant.

Key accountabilities:
- Analyze human resources data for business area at the country level to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement;
- Draw inferences that represent the designated unit's QDIP report;
Identify talent development needs within business area and work with Global Human Resources Business - Partner and Training Business Partner to ensure availability of employee development which is aligned to functional and organizational objectives;
- Seamless execution of a full range of duties aligned to development of employees to ensure their performance meets and/or exceeds both business and personal goals/objectives, i.e., coaching and mentoring, onboarding, performance management, and HR service delivery;
- Support implementation for any SBU/Function related initiatives within business area, at the country/regional level;
- Work within and deliver to agreed Human Resources Service Level Agreements for business area;
- Support of global human resources processes for designated client group, e.g., salary planning, performance management, etc.;
- Initiate and contribute to country/regional level projects or process improvement initiatives;
- Act as SME for specific global processes, systems and for specific local areas within the team;
- Advise and coach professionally on various local laws and regulations. Management coaching for middle management;
- Act as a partner by recommending appropriate solutions to business managers for any employee relations queries;
- Communicate changes/development in operational human resources policy and procedures within business area;
- Drive local compliance with laws and regulations;
- Develop professional human resources expertise, apply company policies for a variety of employee related issues.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in various aspects of human resources (business partnering, staffing, organizational development)
- Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments
- Capacity to understand people issues impacting the business
- Drives client centered solutions aligned with PAREXEL goals and local legislation
- Working knowledge of Human Resources functional Centers of Excellence (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D)
- Ability to solve problems constructively, while being flexible and adaptable at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (local legal language and English)
- Manage complex tasks while having the end-to-end (E2E) process in mind
- Ability to manage projects and develop cross-functional support and reach agreements
- Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills
- Is a high achiever with the motivation, tenacity, energy, and resilience to see things through to successful completion
- Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and modelling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner
- Participate in formal staff review processes, e.g., performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales and make recommendations.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA/MA preferred
- Ideally CIPD level 7 or Chartered member CIPD.
