We have an exciting opportunity for a Meetings Specialist to join our ambitious and friendly team on a 9 month contract with an option to extend, delivering in-person and virtual events for our global clients. The Meeting Specialist would lead all aspects of project deliverables in the Meeting services team whilst meeting quality standards on time and on budget. This role would suit someone in a similar role or with relevant experience in conference and event organization. Proven experience in a pharmaceutical meetings environment would be advantageous.
The role is remote with occasional office use in our West Sussex location. The role involves International Travel.
If you are confident, highly-organized and a great team player with exceptional administrative and client service skills, we would love to hear from you. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint. As well as a client focused approach to work, you will need to have the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritise workload with attention to detail and a flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning. A good knowledge of project financial management would also be required as you will be accountable for the client budget from proposal to reconciliation.
