What’s your role at Parexel, and how long have you been here?
I’ve been part of Parexel for two years as a Drug Safety Associate, and every day brings something new to learn and contribute to.
What does a typical day look like for you?
My day starts with a morning team connect, followed by reviewing emails to set priorities for the day. My core responsibilities include handling country-specific mailboxes, processing cases, and managing reconciliations. Collaboration is key—unexpected challenges come up, and working closely with my colleagues ensures we find solutions efficiently.
Can you share a moment when you felt you made a real difference?
One moment that stands out was when my team had a tight deadline on an urgent project. I stepped in to support where needed, ensuring we met our goal on time. The recognition from our manager made it more meaningful—it showed me how teamwork and commitment can truly make an impact.

I find that eating, dancing and listening to some relaxing music can be great ways to wind.

Starting my day with a gym session is a great way to energize myself.
What’s something you’re passionate about outside of work that people might not know?
Dancing, especially bhangra, is something I am passionate about outside my work is a dynamic and joyful way to express myself.
