Supporting our “Patients First” core value, Parexel is dedicated to being the patient-led CRO, ensuring that patient inclusion becomes business as usual. The inclusion of a diverse patient population in clinical trials is essential for ensuring efficacy, safety, and equity for patients in the real world. We have a dedicated team who provides support, resources, and guidance to clients, sites, and project teams. We work together to help patients feel included in their healthcare journey.

DiversityPlus Magazine selected Kevin for his efforts and ability to influence change in procurement, sourcing, supply chain and supplier diversity. During his time at Parexel, Kevin has increased the organization’s focus on adding new diverse suppliers and enhancing existing diverse supplier partnerships, resulting in a 64% increase in spend with diverse suppliers over the last three years.
