About This Role
CRA未経験から臨床開発モニター（CRA）を目指したい方へ。
本ポジションでは、CRAと密に連携しながら治験運営を支える業務を担当します。
まずはClinical Operations Assistantとして臨床開発業務の基礎を学び、約1年後を目安にCRAへのステップアップを予定しています。
「CRAに挑戦したい」 「治験業界でキャリアアップしたい」そんな想いをお持ちの方に向けた限定採用ポジションです。
【業務内容】
施設支払関連請求書処理
クライアントへの請求書と捺印申請の取りまとめ及び発送
文書移管業務（サイト文書のみ）
移管⼿順書の作成（プロジェクト開始時、⼿順変更時）
安全性情報発送手配
資材手配（文具、リース物品、施設貸与品、印刷など）とりまとめ & 在庫管理（購買申請対応含む）
チーム定例会議の設定
郵便物、社内便仕訳
プロジェクトのキャビネ管理
CRAおよびプロジェクトチームのサポート
【求める知識・経験、資質】
タイムマネジメント、マルチタスクをこなすことができる方

以下条件にすべて該当する方
*将来的にCRAとしてキャリア形成を希望される方
*以下職種で１年以上の実務経験を有する方
CRA / CRC / SMA / 臨床検査技師 / 薬剤師 / 獣医師 / 臨床工学技師
※CRAで医師主導治験のみの経験をお持ちの方や臨床研究のご経験をお持ちの方からの応募も歓迎します
※CRA、CRC、SMA、治験事務局等の経験を活かし、CRAへのキャリアチェンジを目指したい方歓迎
*英語(読み書き)に対して苦手意識を持っていない方
*2026年9月1日付または10月1日付にご入社できる方
