About This Role

We are looking for a Clinical Payments Specialist flexible office based in Warsaw (Poland) - 3 days weekly.

Your tasks will be

  • prepares payments trackers and site’s financial settlements

  • cooperates with Investigators, external service providers and CRAs during the document collection process to support effective delivery of the financial settlements.

  • tracks and/or prepares incoming documents on an ongoing basis eg. payments splits, additional fees, invoices, corrective invoices, price list

  • cooperates with Contract Team and clarifies ambiguities in the signed Clinical Study Agreement

  • participates in Local Study Team meetings

  • cooperates with CRA during procedures verification

  • prepares, contributes to and distributes presentation material for meetings, newsletters


From you we expect:


Essential skills:

School qualifications, that supports skills and capabilities of the position and ensures successful conduct of responsibilities and appropriate interactions with internal and or external customers.

• Experience in clinical administration/ coordination.

Previous administrative experience and in site payments in clinical trials industry.

Excel to budgets preparation, PIVOT tables experience.
Experience supporting site budgets/contracts, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation.

• Experience with tracking of clinical research payments, tracking expenses against budget, and payment reconciliation.

Settlement of procedures and payments for the center and researchers experience.

Creation of invoices, division of payments for researchers experience.

• Proven organizational and administrative skills.

• Computer proficiency.

eTMF / CTMS experience

Polish fluent, English communicative in speech, reading and writing.

Desirable:

Excellent organization and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis

• Working knowledge of the Clinical Study Process and an understanding of the range of working procedures relating to it, together with an understanding of the ICH-GCP guidelines

• Ability to develop advanced computer skills to increase efficiency in daily tasks

• Good verbal and written communication

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international team environment

• Willingness and ability to train others on study administration procedures

• Team oriented and flexible; ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities

Base Pay Range for Poland: PLN 100,000 - 150,000

Actual salaries may vary within the range based on several factors including, but not limited to education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location.

In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel’s annual performance-based bonus plan, annual salary review and total rewards incentives.
