About This Role
Required experience: Regulatory Compliance (GMP) and US NDA/EU MAA experience preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO required.
This role is responsible for Project Management of RA and Business Support.
Required language: ideally native Korean speaker and proficient in English to collaborate with the global team.

Job Purpose:
The primary role of the Senior Project Manager is to manage domestic or international core service or adhoc projects or manage a portion of a larger project or partnership. The Senior Project Manager may be part of a global project management team. A Senior Project Manager proactively cooperates with Parexel Consulting Project Leader /Sr. Project Leader/Director (collectively defined as PL) and/or Technical Leads (TL) and Subject Matter Experts on project management tasks. Understands their role’s impact on project profitability, quality
and timeliness by utilizing expertise in project integration and acts accordingly.
General areas of responsibility include: Sponsor liaison, project assessment and initiation, resource planning, project implementation, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, milestone planning, tracking, and forecasting, ensuring that projects are progressing according to contract and quality standards, SOPs, and/or other guidelines to fulfill local regulations, production of key project progress reports, management of communication between Parexel project team, Sponsor, contract and financial management.
