About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator - Credentialing to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina in a hybrid capacity. As a Recruitment Coordinator - Credentialing, you will support our Global Talent Acquisition Team by assessing candidate backgrounds, verifying credentials, and ensuring the integrity of our recruitment process. This position plays a key role in candidate vetting, background verification, and adjudication of pre-employment screening results. You'll collaborate with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership, follow industry-standard compliance processes, and contribute to building a high-quality talent pipeline from initial screening through offer adjudication. Responsibilities include reviewing candidate applications for discrepancies, analyzing background check results, adjudicating verification findings, and training new team members on credentialing protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters in reviewing and assessing candidate applications and resumes to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential falsifications
  • Review and analyze background check verification results to identify any discrepancies or falsifications
  • Provide verification results to applicable recruiters and team members, and adjudicate all background check records according to company standards
  • Confer with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership to determine appropriate adjudication status for discrepant findings
  • Liaise with Human Resources Business Partners and Legal on complex matters that require escalation beyond standard adjudication protocols
  • Train new talent acquisition team members on credentialing programs, processes, and technology systems
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience within a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously and manage tasks from start to completion
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment operations
  • Previous experience with Medical and/or Provider credentialing
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or background verification platforms
  • Knowledge of employment verification and background screening best practices
