About This Role
At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) specializing in delivering life‑changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team. As a CRA, you’ll be joining a fast‑paced, driven environment that’s helping to make a life‑changing difference to patients by ensuring high‑quality clinical trial execution, building strong site partnerships, and maintaining compliance across all phases of a study. What You’ll Do
- Monitor clinical trial sites through on‑site and remote visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines
- Manage site‑level study documentation, systems updates, and visit reports
- Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain study integrity
- Ensure sites are always audit- and inspection-ready
Additional Details
- Home‑based role; only candidates residing in São Paulo City, Rio de Janeiro City, Curitiba, or Porto Alegre are eligible
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field is required
- A minimum of 1 year of CRA experience required
- Must be able to travel and hold a valid driver’s license
