About this Role
Job Purpose:
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development & Configuration
Design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, UI actions, scripts, and flows.
Create custom applications, record producers, workflows, and integrations.
Enhance and support modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, ITOM, and ITAM.
Integrations & API Development
Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, and Basic Auth.
Ensure secure and reliable data exchange with external systems.
Platform Administration & Support
Manage roles, groups, ACLs, and platform permissions.
Maintain CMDB integrity and platform performance.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release management.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
Experience with ITIL processes, CMDB, and integrations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM certifications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
