Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Depot Technician to join our dynamic Clinical Logistics team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our mission by ensuring Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries, and Lab Kits reach those who need them most. Working in our fast-paced environment, you'll have multiple opportunities to excel and grow your career in clinical research logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Clinical Trial Materials according to established protocols, including picking, packing, and quality control
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks and promptly report any issues affecting product integrity
  • Support material management activities including destruction, recalls, reconciliation, and returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitoring systems
  • Assist with general maintenance of premises and equipment
  • Manage filing and archiving activities with precision and attention to detail
  • Follow standardized workflows from Parexel or specific clients

Qualifications

  • High School or Vocational degree (comprehensive training will be provided)
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn GxP regulations
  • Previous warehouse support experience required
  • Packaging and labeling experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good hand-eye coordination
