About this Role

Develop and complete as required, initiate, and manage formal and complex RFI/RFQ/ RFP process. · Verify purchase request accuracy, completion, and approval. · Ensure products and services are obtained at a budgeted price. · Ensure ancillary material is compliant with local regulation. · Review, approve, reconcile third party supplier invoices. · Coordinate return of rental equipment/medical devices · Manage help desk sourcing queue. · Final study closure invoice and PO reconciliation

Dealing with returns and refunds (assisting internal customers with return forms/liaising with suppliers for obtaining credit memos) · Querying all invoice queries for any discrepancy/missing information for all POs created · Take active action in case of Quality issues with third party suppliers, responsible for risk mitigation through to resolution. · Assisting internal customers with any sourcing queries and system difficulties

Skills:

· Understanding of Clinical Studies and related Supply Chain aspects as well as procurement and contracting principles

· Client focused approach to work

· A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning

· Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.

· Basic business and commercial acumen

· Basic ability to mentor, give work instructions, encourage, train and support team members.

· Self-motivated with a professional attitude

· Capacity to work effectively in a matrix environment and value the importance of teamwork.

· Proficient use of MS office suite

· Excellent organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Adequate understanding of the GxP regulatory framework

· Global player with proficient cross-cultural awareness

Knowledge and Experience:

· Basic Excel and Word

Education:

· Educated to BA/BS, Master’s Degree, or equivalent (e.g. Pharm. D.), in biology, pharmacy, or other health related discipline, international trade, business administration or logistics or relevant work experience
