About this Role

Parexel, a leading CRO, is seeking an experienced Patient Recruitment Lead to join our innovative team. This critical role will contribute significantly to Parexel's Patient First philosophy and optimize patient experiences in our managed clinical trials.

The Patient Recruitment Lead is an integral part of our operations, combining project management expertise with strategic insight to drive our patient-centric initiatives forward. This role demands a professional who can effectively balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a keen focus on improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Patient Recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives
  • Drives Patient Recruitment team projects that improve efficiency, leads new service development, and evolves our offering to enable deployment of an industry-leading service.
  • Oversee patient recruitment projects, ensuring adherence to contract specifications
  • Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and develop new services
  • Represent Parexel at industry events and client presentations
  • Manage budgets for assigned projects with precision
  • Support the establishment of reporting standards and metrics for new service offerings
  • Generate concepts for novel Patient Recruitment tools and services
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes
  • Serve as primary contact for strategic partnerships and key client relationships
  • Communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholder groups

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical and/or CRO experience including but not limited to areas of focus in patient recruitment, project leadership or clinical operations
  • Demonstrated passion for enhancing patient experience in clinical trials
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, suitable for both conference settings and individual client interactions
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges in a dynamic environment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in biological science, pharmaceutical studies, or a related health discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
