At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Workday Functional Architect to join our team. As a Workday Functional Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for stakeholders. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us drive innovation.
Who we are looking for:
Innovative individuals with proven experience working as a Workday Functional Architect or in a similar role to join our HR Systems team. In this role you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HR/Security and other modules and experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale healthcare environment. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.
What you’ll do:
Provide global coverage including America, EMEA and APAC regions
Translate business needs with configuration in the system
Demonstrate knowledge of the region norms and statutory requirements
Partner with Workday SI Partners and workstream leads
Write & manage plans for delivery
Additional details:
7+ years of experience with HCM systems, 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including HR, base compensation, advanced compensation, and security. Ability to effectively communicate with different functional stakeholders (both technical and non) at all levels of a global organization. Certifications: Workday HCM, Workday Security required.
