About this Role

To provide support to local Human Resources Business Partner team in activities related to onboarding, induction, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and Human Resources administration. Provide front-line human resources support to employees and managers. Also provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources Manager/Director/Senior Director. Provide human resources support as required for a small designated business unit.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work within and deliver to agreed Human Resources Service Level Agreements for business units

  • Prepare human resources reports, SOPs, Documentations using MS office

  • Support the human resources business partner team in the seamless execution of duties related to Onboarding, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources Operations

  • Contribute to country/regional level projects or process improvement initiatives

  • Support delivery of human resources program and process training

  • Educate business area to drive employee support requirements through self-service and Human Resources Ops Centers

  • Ensure all documentation with regard to employee moves, transfers, and changes to employment types are completed within the agreed timelines

  • Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments

  • Provides support in the identification of client centered solutions aligned with Parexel goals and local legislation

  • Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Manage operational tasks while having the end-to-end (E2E) process in mind

  • Deliver first time quality

  • Experience utilizing HRIS systems [Workday] and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner

  • Participate in formal staff review processes, e.g., performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
