About this Role

We are looking for an experiencedRegulatory Affairs Associate to join our growing team in Romania. This role can be either home or office based.

To be a Regulatory Affairs Associate you will need to have knowledge of the organization’s basic consulting models and methodologies as well as basic knowledge of what services PC provides. In this role you will be technically competent and continually developing the skills as defined in the key accountabilities section of this document. Under the general direction of a Project Lead and/or Technical SME, you will take responsibility for ensuring that client work is performed, and delivered on time, meeting the quality expectations of PC and the client. We will provide you with support of more senior staff to accomplish more complex tasks. You may act in a client-facing role with clear guidance and support from line management.

Skills and Experienced Required for the role:
  • University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Life Sciences

  • Initial years of experience in an industry-related environment

  • Experience working in a matrix organization

  • Experience in module 1 creation, updating module 3 is preferred, but not essential.

  • Client-focused approach to work, teamwork and collaboration skills, excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent English, additional European language skills will be an asset
