Senior Business Analyst

About this Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Business Owner to justify the project, agree to scope, define System requirements, assist the business with user acceptance testing, and to ensure acceptance of the final deliverable.
  • Coordinate and provide system and process training for the user group.
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, and team members.
  • Consult and collaborate with all parties involved in the project.
  • Provide input to define system requirements objectively.
  • Ensure proper documentation is available.
  • Maintain a positive and results-oriented work environment, fostering teamwork and effective communication.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure availability of system training and trainers.
  • Coordinate reviews and updates during system upgrades or organizational changes.
  • Approve or reject system change requests in alignment with CTS&L IT Product Management.
  • Review and approve or reject the release of changes into production.
  • Ensure resources are available to create user acceptance test scripts.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of interdivisional processes, SOPs, and needs within the Clinical Trial Supply & Logistics SBU.
  • Experience with IRT / RTSM systems (Veeva, Medidata, Signant Health, Calyx, etc)
  • Strong understanding of conduct for clinical trials and materials.
  • Knowledge of GxP guidance or willingness to gain education in GXP regulations.
  • Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and driven with high energy.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to adapt and learn in a flexible environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of computerized systems, databases, and programming tools.
  • Experience working in large, diverse, international environments.
  • Familiarity with logistics and trade would be advantageous.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics business, clinical, or IT (with related logistics experience), or equivalent work experience/degree.
