Optimize storage space, stock and space management.
- Prioritize work and provide guidance to Depot Team.
- Maintain production schedule.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Execution in packaging and labeling including re-labeling procedures.
- Assistance in Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns.
- Oversee regular cycle count and physical inventory.
- All tasks related warehouse management including production activities.
- Resource of production for day-to-day work.
- Provide production schedule and product specifications to project teams.
- Assistance and execution in Premise and Equipment general management.
- Maintain change management process.
- Report any issue affecting quality and/or deviation.
- Follow internal and external (i.e. Client) workflows and processes.
- Strive to contribute to external and internal customer satisfaction.
- Complete trainings in time.
