About This Role
【業務内容】
臨床開発業務に関る、以下の業務をご担当頂きます。
・病院関連請求書処理
・クライアントへの請求書とりまとめ及び発送
・文書移管業務（専用システムへの文書アップロード）
・安全性情報の発送
・購買申請代行 & ベンダー関連請求書処理 （印刷・翻訳・リース）
・資材手配 （文具、リース物品、施設貸与品、印刷など） とりまとめ & 在庫管理 （購買申請対応含む）
・郵便物、社内便仕訳
・備品発注
・捺印申請のとりまとめ
・その他、必要に応じて臨床開発部員のサポート
【求める知識・経験】
・事務経験
・Excel、Word、Outlook等の基本的なOAスキル
・正確にスピード感をもって業務を行う能力
・コミュニケーション能力
・英語を使用する業務に抵抗のない方
・外資系企業での勤務経験があれば尚可
・製薬企業、CROにおいてモニターサポート経験者歓迎
