Assist Client Technology Partners in solving customer data transfer issues. Contribute to the identification and resolution of assigned client data issues.

Technology
- Understand the standard and client-specific clinical technology data flows.
Quality
- Operate within the corporate quality guidelines assigned to you.
Issue Management
- Under the guidance of a Client Technology Partner identify and work to resolve client-related data concerns.
- Analyze study error logs to understand client issues.
- Review XML files for first-pass review of errors.
- Work with upstream data sources to correct errors.
- Provide Client Technology Partner with resolution identification and plan to resolve issues.
- Work with operations, Data & Technology, and clients to understand data requirement specifications.
Additional accountabilities
- Collecting information, analyzing the data, and preparing reports.
- Draw specific insights through performing data analysis.
Skills:
- Ability to resolve assigned data issues that include ensuring the source of the data issue is resolved within an agreed timeline.
- Ability to learn technology applications used in clinical trials.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
- Ability to identify systemic issues with data and data integrations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- High-quality interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with fluency in English.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of software applications used in clinical trials preferred.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to technical documentation and deliver clear presentations to peers.
- 0-2 years of exposure to clinical research systems preferred.
Education:
- B.S in life science, Engineering or Computer Science strongly preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
