About this Role

The Clinical Feasibility Leader (CFL) acts as the functional lead assigned as part of the core project team responsible to drive all feasibility and site identification activities immediately after award on all types and phases of studies. Working independently with limited supervision from management, the CFL is responsible to deliver an optimized operational strategy, based on selection of countries and clinical sites best positioned to successfully execute the trial. The CFL must demonstratestrong communication and leadership skills resulting in the completion of all deliverables within required timelines meeting departmental quality standards. Strong analytical skills are a pre-requisite to the job to allow CFL to fully adopt a consistent data-driven approach to feasibility and site identification.

  • Responsible for the revision/maintenance of the sponsor agreed scenario model during site selection & re-assessing risk to delivery strategy based on country/site feedback.

  • Identifies potential sites to approach based off ideal site profile driven by protocol endpoints.

  • Develops and oversees approval of feasibility questionnaire to assess potential site list against alignment of ideal site profile.

  • Responsible for delivery of all sites recommended for Qualification Visits as part of the end-to-end site selection.

  • Assigned to a project globally.

  • Study specific point of contact.

  • Works in conjunction with the PL, SSUL and the COL to ensure contract planning aligns with overall study delivery.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Relevant clinical research experience in management of international clinical trials.

  • Demonstrated clear understanding of country and site feasibility requirements.

  • Previous exposure to development of clinical trial strategy, modeling of enrollment scenarios, and selection of country/sites

Education:

  • Preferred degrees may include but are not limited to: Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters, and/or comparable life skill experience.
