Working home based in Brazil as a Clinical Operations Lead you will be responsible for coordinating the functional team members and their activities across all geographies acting as a role model and coach for the team. You will liaise with project leadership and the sponsor to ensure that the Global Research Operations deliverables (timeline, quality, productivity) are met. You will have overall accountability for the execution of the clinical operations strategy on the project.
We are seeking independent professionals who also have the ability to see the big picture and communicate effectively. If you have several years of experience leading and coordinating clinical teams and are able to build lasting relationships with internal and external clients – we want you to be the new face at Parexel.

University degree in Health Sciences and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English are required for this role.
